If you aren’t already familiar with my good pal Dan who runs thefoodinmybeard.com (you should be if you’ve been following me)….Its time to familiarize the fuck out of yourself.
Dan is a much more schooled cook than I, and by schooled cook I mean he actually knows what the fuck he’s doing. He’s not a food blogger in his early 30’s stuffing mac the fuck cheese into anything he can get his hands on. (but he does user mac ‘n cheese)
But don’t let those exotic recipes shy you away from him. Dan is the king of “Mash Ups”. A Couple of my personal fav’s are His 4th of July Burrito , Mac ‘n Cheese Deviled Eggs, Stroganoff Burger, and his French Onion Soup Dumplings. Yes. I said French Onion Soup Dumplings.
Last week Dan dropped a fuckin banger. Backflipping through his kitchen like the culinary ninja he is, Dan cooked himself a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches, flattened the fuck out of them, and filled them his 10 ingredient taco meat. Dan says the real trick is to let the grilled cheeses cool for a couple of minutes to make them more pliable.
