I’ve been meaning to cock-thrust my way through another chicken skin recipe ever since my Chicken Skin Mozzarella Sticks. This idea started off as chicken skin wrapped hot dogs before before making a fucking detour to pickleville.
You’re gonna need a big ‘ol pickle for this recipe. I used a Boar’s Head deli pickle. You’re also going to need a decent size cut of chicken skin. I used the skin off a split breast. Remove the skin, wrap the pickle, toothpick the fuck out of that shit and fry it hard as fuck. Serve with ranch or whatever.
