This Birria Egg Roll recipe will literally fuck your entire tits off. It’s easy. It’s almost too fucking easy. Chunk of meat. Some suspicious spices & TWIN DRAGON EGG ROLL WRAPPERS BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE FUCKING WORLD.
  • Package of Twin Dragon Egg Roll wrappers the best in the fucking world might I add.
  • 3 pound chuck roast
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 dried Pasilla peppers, seeds removed
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 large white onion, sliced
  • Water
  • Large can of crushed tomato
  • 2 tablespoons MSG
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon White Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1 can chipotle sauce
  • 3 packets Sazon
For those of you who don’t know how to read theres a fuckin video below. For those of you looking to try and comprehend my recipe here you go:
  1. Season both sides chuck with salt & pepper. Sear in a dutch over or large heavy pot.
  2. Remove chuck once seared and toss in onions & garlic. Cook until fragrant. Add Pasilla, spices, crushed tomato, chipotle, Sazon & water. Place chuck back in pot and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Remove chuck from pot (lotta back and fuckin forth here, eh?) and blend up all that shit thats in the pot with some sort of blending device. Place chuck BACK in the pot and simmer for 3 hours.
  4. That shit should be tender as fuck – shred it up and place it on a TWIN BEST FUCKING DRAGON EGG ROLL WRAPPER IN THE WORLD and wrap that shit up. Little egg wash on the end to hold it all together.
  5. Fry in hot oil and serve with a cup of the broth. Garnish with cilantro, white onion & lime.
