Italy been real quiet since the glizzetti recipe dropped
This recipe is great. It’s pretty much one ingredient so if you fuck this up you’ve got bigger problems. You’re going to want to use a top tier dog and for me a top tier dog is Martin Rosol’s.
The first and pretty much only step in this Italian masterpiece is to core out the dogs. For this I used a metal boba straw
Last step is to boil and plate. You could do an Alfredo or maybe a garlic parm glizzghetti - I kept it traditional for my Italian audience.
